01Acceptance of Terms

Account Responsibility

Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. mh77 will never ask for your full password via chat, email, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact mh77 support immediately.

• Each player is permitted one account only. Opening multiple accounts — even with different details — is a breach of these terms.
• You must update your account information promptly if your contact details change.
• mh77 reserves the right to suspend accounts where the information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
• Accounts that show no activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. mh77 will communicate with you before any action is taken on a dormant account.

Verification (KYC)

mh77 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected. Verification may include submission of a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other supporting documents. Accounts that cannot be verified will be restricted from withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

04Deposits & Payments

All transactions on mh77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and debit or credit cards as deposit methods. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant — your balance updates as soon as the transaction confirms on the respective mobile wallet platform.

Deposit Rules

• Only deposit funds that you own and that have been obtained through legitimate means.
• Third-party deposits — funding your mh77 account with money from someone else's payment method — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.
• mh77 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit fails or is reversed after being credited, mh77 reserves the right to reverse any bets or withdrawals funded by that deposit.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the payments section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to platform policy at the time of request. All withdrawal amounts are in PKR.

Withdrawal Conditions

• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the withdrawal section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. mh77 determines eligibility and reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

07Gameplay & Fair Use

mh77 offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, and Fish Games. Each game category operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the platform. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game or market.

Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Mistakes in bet placement cannot be reversed after the bet is accepted by the system.
• mh77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or events affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional conditions. Network delays may affect the timing of bet acceptance — bets placed after an event outcome is determined will be voided.

Casino & Game Integrity

Random number generation (RNG) for slots and digital table games is independently verified. mh77 does not manipulate game outcomes. If you experience a technical issue during a game session — disconnection, screen freeze, or payment discrepancy — contact support with the session reference number and the issue will be investigated. 08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mh77. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Nothing on this platform grants you any right to use mh77's intellectual property outside of normal platform use.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any mh77 content without prior written permission.
• Game content, including slot graphics, live dealer studio footage, and fish game assets, is owned by the respective game providers and licensed to mh77 for use on the platform.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of any platform data is strictly prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

13Account Suspension & Closure

mh77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable belief that the account has been used in violation of these terms.

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your mh77 account at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Involuntary Suspension

• Accounts may be suspended immediately if prohibited activity is detected — see Section 08 above.
• Accounts under identity verification review may be restricted from withdrawals during the review period.
• Accounts that are self-excluded will be deactivated for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reopened early.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, mh77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the balance is confirmed to be legitimate, it will be returned via the original payment method.

14Changes to These Terms
